Fair Park Master Planning and Activation
In coordination with the Fair Park Authority and its 2019 Master Plan, UFAIR is supporting efforts to enhance and activate the historic Fair Park.
Throughout the District, the goals are to:

White Ballfield Development
UFAIR is preparing the White Ballfield area to accommodate Major League Baseball within the District through strategic planning and site development.

Through Public Infrastructure Districts (PIDs) and Tax Increment Financing (TIF), UFAIR is helping Larry H. Miller Real Estate remediate environmental challenges and develop the Power District.

Rocky Mountain Power Headquarters
Serving as the District’s initial landmark development, the 300,000-square-foot Rocky Mountain Power Headquarters anchors the Power District and signals a new era of investment and momentum.
